Minnesota Extends Out-of-State Hemp Testing Until 2027

Governor Tim Walz signed legislation allowing Minnesota hemp businesses to continue using out-of-state testing laboratories through May 31, 2027. This gives local businesses more flexibility while the state develops in-state testing infrastructure.
